How fresh is the coffee?
With the same high standards placed on every coffee bean we roast, you can always expect to be receiving the best of our 100% High Grown Arabica coffee. At Artisan’s Blend we are serious about our coffee and you can undoubtedly taste our dedication.
Do you sell wholesale?
We certainly do, we can send out beans for your whole office, just let us know which, how many drinkers and we can discuss the best options for you. Contact us at daniel@artisansblend.com.au
Where is the coffee grown?
Our beans are grown all over the world, generally in small microlot grow ops, meaning the farmers and their families have greater control over the price and quality of their crops. More details on each coffee can be found on the product pages.
Where are we based?
Our offices and team are based in Adelaide, Australia.
Where do the beans ship from?
We ship our beans from CBD in Adelaide, Australia.
How should I store my coffee after opening it?
We recommend storing coffee in an air tight container, in a dark and cool place, such as the pantry.
What happens if I’m not happy with my beans?
It doesn’t happen very often, but if you aren’t happy with your beans, send us an email at daniel@artisansblend.com.au and let us know. We will sort you out!
How soon do I receive my order?
NSW/QLD/SA/VIC/ACT – SAME DAY* in most metropolitan suburbs if ordered before 9am. Next day for all others.
Metro NSW/QLD/SA/VIC/ACT – 1-2 Days
Regional QLD/SA/VIC – 2-8 Days
WA/NT/TAS – 5- 10 Days

What happens if I’m not home when my parcel arrives?
We are able to add Authority to Leave to our parcels, so if you are comfortable with the courier leaving your parcel in a safe place, just tick the box when placing your order. If you aren’t home and don’t want it to be left, you will receive a card to collect it at your local collection point.
Do we ship internationally?
At this point we are unable to ship internationally.
