What is your shipping policy?

Shipping is FREE Australia-wide using ‘FREESHIPPING’ at the checkout.

To ensure a prompt delivery, Artisan’s Blend Specialty Coffee use Australian courier companies for most metropolitan deliveries and Australian Post for some regional areas. Most deliveries will be shipped the same day however we will endeavor to meet a maximum 48 hour dispatch time for all orders and you will be sent a notification once it has left our dispatch offices. From there it should be delivered within the time frames (business working days) outlined below.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Metro NSW/QLD 1-2 Days

Metro VIC/SA/ACT/ – 2-3 Days

Regional QLD/NSW/SA/VIC/ACT – 3-8 Days

WA/NT/TAS – 5- 10 Days

PRIORITY SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA METRO AREAS   1-2 Days

AUSTRALIA REGIONAL AREAS  3-4 Days

We reserve the right to use a different shipping carrier (using a comparable service) than the above noted. Orders will be shipped using our preferred provider and we are unable to accommodate shipping orders on a customer’s personal shipping account.

If something is missing from your order or you have not received it within the above time frame please contact us using the contact us form.

All orders must be paid for in full via Card or PayPal prior to the order being sent. If at any stage you experience an error in paying for a order please contact us via the contact us form.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE

Our service is dedicated to assuring that your order is never lost or misplaced. For this reason, please ensure that you organise the delivery address to a place where somebody will be there to receive it from the courier. For most states, the deliveries will need to be signed for unless you expressly give us Authority to Leave (ATL) with instructions of where to place the order. Please be aware that insurance does not cover for lost or stolen goods if the customer chooses to use the ATL option.
